What would cooking be without colours? The superb quality of the outer enamelling is obtained by superimposing 2 to 3 enamel layers in the traditional way. During the baking process, the very high temperature (850°C) then literally melts the enamel onto the metal, resulting in an exceptionally beautiful and long-lasting finish.
